Every cut is hand-trimmed in-house. Our marinades sit overnight - never a shortcut. Banchan is made fresh each morning: kimchi fermented on-site, japchae tossed to order, and pickled radish that snaps back. We don't take shortcuts on a grill that everyone is watching.

GOGIRO is Silverdale's home for Korean BBQ done right — modern enough to feel new, traditional enough to taste like home.
We bring the Korean BBQ table you'd find in Seoul to Kitsap County, and treat every guest the way we'd treat family at our own dinner. That means hand-trimmed cuts, banchan made fresh every morning, kimchi we ferment on-site, and a team that's just as proud of the rice as the ribeye.
We're a locally owned, Korean-run restaurant. When you eat at GOGIRO, you're eating at our table.
